FRIDAY NIGHT FELLOWSHIP

FOOD - FUN - FELLOWSHIP

FORTNIGHTLY STARTING FROM MAY 2019

The early church described in the book of Acts went from house to house, they were of one spirit, one mind and in one accord and the bible says that God added to the Church daily those whom were getting saved. There was an atmosphere of love around the Word of God, as serving and hospitality created a dynamic that knitted together the hearts and lives of the early believers. We seek to grow in the same love and hospitality towards one another.

DOING LIFE IN COMMUNITY

  • Connect in a group near you

  • Develop meaningful friendships that go beyond the walls of the church

  • Learning to serve one another

  • Faith in action

WATER BAPTISM

Baptism is a step of faith. Baptism is a physical representation of the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ and allows us to identify ourselves with Him.

It is important to note that being baptised doesn’t make us saved. We are saved when we repent of our sins and receive Jesus Christ as our saviour. Instead, it represents the death of our old life that occurred when we accepted Jesus as our Lord and Saviour.

As it says in Romans 6:4 “We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life.”
